THE VISION

We are the tip of the spear. We fight for Albertans. Williamson Law is a finely-tuned boutique law firm in the heart of the Calgary beltline dedicated to providing clients with steadfast, affordable, reasonable-rate legal services. We are Albertan through and through. To us, our clients and their cases come first. We have a rich, dynamic background and strive to provide big firm representation with a level of service usually only offered by small firms. Our firm is modern, mobile, and flexible – a new approach to an old profession. We don't believe in massive brick-and-mortar downtown offices, expensive art, expense accounts, or elegant parties. We believe in staunch and effective courtroom advocacy, resolute representation of clients' interests, dynamic options to solve complex problems, and connections with clients on a human level in a way that offers confidence, convenience, and comfort.

We bring a fresh approach to the practice of law in Alberta: new perspectives, modern ideas, steadfast advocacy, access to justice, reasonable rates, and the skillful deployment of digital technologies to connect with and act for clients. We believe in trust, we act with honour, and we offer the courage and support our clients demand.

We feel that your lawyer should not only be on your side, they should give you an array of options to suit any legal situation, and should provide the dedication and drive your case deserves. We have access to a unique network of excellent, like-minded legal professionals dedicated to providing outstanding legal service in-line with our vision, so that if Williamson Law cannot handle your matter, we will attempt to put you in touch with a trusted advocate who shares our vision in our stead. In this way, we hope to deliver or connect you with the full range of legal services – bringing you an alternative to the days of old and dusty law practices.

Our practice areas include simple and complex civil litigation, civil liberties litigation, contract law, personal injury law, residential and commercial real estate, wills, estate planning, estate litigation, corporate law, document drafting, small claims, construction law, Builders' Liens, debt and judgment enforcement, commercial law, business disputes, intellectual property, entertainment law, blockchain and DeFi technologies, human rights law, providing summary advise, and much more. Give us a call and see how we can help you navigate the complexities of Alberta's legal landscape.

We're here to change the way law is practiced in Alberta.
